The Most Interesting Man in Zalanthas
« on: August 24, 2018, 01:52:54 PM »
Forum game/meme thread.

He went afk on a Byn contract, and came back to being in a mudsex scene.

He wears scrub camouflage -- in Vrun Driath.

His race is human but he somehow has 300 stamina points.

He has master triple-handed weapon skill.
It's a lot more admirable to be strong in a game where strength comes at enormous risks.

HE gives loyalty tests to elves.

His shadow...is the strangest of them all.

He is not allowed to use the ‘gone’ command...because it pauses the entire game.

He always uses ‘reroll self’...to make it fair for other players, but it never works.
You know I think if James simply retitled his thread "Cheese" and apologized for his first post being off-topic, all problems would be solved.

His mDescs...have been included in the cannon of Western literature.

“Amos” is a centuries old corruption...of a name given to boys “Almost” as amazing as he.

His character portrait...once fetched ¥3.5M at auction.

His tavern sitting...was the advent of the first HRPT.

He doesn't always drink cleaning fluid, but when he does it quenches his thirst.

He is able to craft sandwiches.

His hunger level bottoms out at 'satisfied'. That is also as high as it goes.

He is always a little thirsty, for adventure.

He regenerates stamina while standing.

It makes no difference whether his drink 'tastes strange!'. Absolutely none.

He was regularly invited to the dungeons of Tuluk. He politely accepted and always showed up two hours late.

Stinging sands swirl alongside him, never around him.

He has never trained his sorcery spells, because it is the polite thing to do. He has them all branched anyway.

He can order wagons to follow him, piloting is not necessary.

His githmas party is in-character.

Any attempt to disarm him would always result in you dropping your weapon. And your pack.

He prefers to call it the 'attack' skill, because he has never given offense and dislikes the term.

His score reads 'days won', not 'days played'.

He knows how to write, but prefers to dictate to the local Highborn.

His command emotes to sit at the bar have brought Nessalin to tears.

He didn't use reroll self, to keep things fair.

He doesn't need to carry a weapon. But he does.

His Hall of Kings has actual kings in it, waiting for his attention.

When he types ‘follow me’ everyone does.

He has unlocked the ‘craft brew’ skill tree, and made it delicious.

His tents come pre-rolled with a Muarki party inside.

And when he dies, the mantis bows its head in reverence.

He does not swiftly dodge your slashes. He does so casually.

He can aim at specific body parts in combat.

He can reel-lock you with emotes.

He doesn't engage in mudsex -- he's leaving some for the rest of us.

Whenever he uses the hide skill, he also disappears from any logs containing him.

He has three movements speeds: saunter, walk, and kill.

If he speaks in a room, anyone present has their listen skill raised to master.

The weight of his words is too heavy for an inix to carry.

His chosen sex in chargen was M -- for Mysterious.

The 'consider' command still works for him. He doesn't need it.

The buxom, brown-haired maidservant will serve him bread. He does not need to ask.

Assess -v does not tell you his condition, height, or weight. It simply says "He stands taller than you.".

He is not holding a weapon, but the assess command still says he is armed.

He can use the poison command on other characters. And on their reputations.

Attempting to use the kill command on him returns "Are you sure?"

It's a lot more admirable to be strong in a game where strength comes at enormous risks.
