Add 'bloodied' to sdescs

Add 'loodied' to someone's sdesc if they're covered in lood on any of their visile clothing items. Maye make people ale to get 'loodied' themselves and you either wait for it to dry and have to dust yourself quite a few times to get it off or you use the athing oil or just normal athing.

I think this is an alright idea. IRL, if somebody is covered head-to-toe in blood, I don't have to take a good hard look at them to notice it.
