For our immediate area, the storm itself was less problematic than the flooding that happened when they started releasing water from the reservoirs.
Each day a bit more of the affected streets have opened, but things are most definitely not back to normal.

I think the nighttime curfew is still in effect but it's going to be reviewed and reconsidered in a day or two, so maybe it'll be lifted sooner than later.

Thanks for the update. Wow, that sounds awful. I knew when they said it was going to stall there that it'd be a nightmare. Now this Irma thing, hopefully it'll cut north early and not come in contact with too much land.
