Staff Teams
« on: February 18, 2017, 02:42:45 AM »

Looking at the current staff roster, it appears that the three staffing teams are relatively equal in regard to the number of staff/storytellers allotted to each team (one administrator and three or four storytellers per team).
While spreading available staff members evenly over the three teams likely has benefits, does anyone ever consider having more staff working on a team which has a larger number of active players?
I guess a secondary question would be: Do the three teams have a relatively equal number of active players, or does one team (or two) tend to have more players to oversee?

...I sometimes feel like one of the teams has too much on their plate...

We always consider all kinds of permutations when putting together and maintaining our staffing teams, including clan activity, world area activity, projects and plots in a given area and the amount of time that an individual staffer has available. An equal number of staff members does not equate to an equal amount of available time and/or expertise.
