Managed 3 sets of wide grip overhand pull-ups today and did a half-mile jog afterward. Jogged a mile yesterday. I think I might make Tuesdays and Thursdays for cardio and the other three weekdays for bodyweight work.

I did the San Francisco Spartan Stadion yesterday (extreme race style 5k up and down the Giants’ stadium, but with crossfit type “obstacles” interspersed).  I have never seen so many 99th percentile fit people in one place in my life.  I am not on their level.  And today I feel like I was beaten by a troll.
You know I think if James simply retitled his thread "Cheese" and apologized for his first post being off-topic, all problems would be solved.
