Dear Ginka,

I would like my next special app character to be able to see the future.  Can you see the future?  If not, do I need to travel back in time to do this?  If so, from which year does this special app draw from the 3 available to me?  Also, does this mean I need to write all of my weekly character reports in advance, before I start playing?
