Freely allow people to see what you're carrying in your inventory and containers with, peek, whether they have the skill or not.
good for frisking people maybe. Maybe have an echo when someone looks at your inventory or containers when this is on? Let people with sleight of hand shuffle stuff around containers to smuggle in weapons or something.

Afaik nosave steal doesn't cover this.
