The Walking Dead is absolutely brilliant. Murder, death, corruption - Armageddon with zombies, in a way.  8)

I want to play it again but I'm not sure what choices I would make different.

I'll play it again just to save the other person in episode 2. Choosing who you save seems to have a large impact on the story from there onwards.

GOSH DARNIT!  Spoiler alert, pahleeez.

Is Planetside enjoyable?

I've been playing with a couple friends and if you know how to find the good fights, it's really really fun.

Been trying to give Skyrim another plundering but can't seem to get into the line I'm on. Mebbe it'll turn out now that I went Stormcloak again.
We were somewhere near the Shield Wall, on the edge of the Red Desert, when the drugs began to take hold...

I just can't wait for people to finish episode 3 :) That's when the game really starts to shine.
And there was some dwarf smoking spice, and I thought that was so scandalous because I'd only been playing in 'nak.

Final tally for the steam autumn sale:

To the Moon
Witcher II
Alan Wake Collection
Dead Island GOTY Edition
Deus Ex: HR
Total War: Shogun II
Tropico 4
Torchlight II

For about $65 total spent. I think I did nicely.

Man, the Walking Dead game is stressful as hell!

Much better than I thought it would be, though. I usually don't enjoy click-adventure games.

The people scattered gold-dust before my horse’s feet;
But now I am a great king, the people hound my track
With poison in my wine-cup, and daggers at my back.”

Exactly how I've felt. I'm almost through with episode 3, guaging on the length of the other two episodes.

I'm very impressed by the length of each episode, I thought they would be much shorter.

I finally won my first multiplayer game of Shogun 2.

I was matched against some guy who had the Fall of the Samurai expansion and was running a metric fuckton of dudes with muskets and swords, and somehow won with a bunch of spear samurai.

Haaha - Shogun 2's multiplayer is hard to get into. I've got 200+ hours in multiplayer matches and all that are really left are the more hardcore enthusiasts. My win rate is still only about 40-50% during heavy practice periods.

Information and concept art for Bungie's next game, Destiny, is finally starting to find it's way onto the interwebs.

This picture from 2009's Halo 3: ODST reminds me why I love Bungie.

I purchased The Walking Dead. I wish there were more zombies to kill and it was a sandbox. I think I'd enjoy that more. I also get frantically nerve-wrecked when my timer speeds by so quickly. I like to think about what my character would do before deciding, it's KILLING ME.

Yes, on a side-note my PCs always take 1-2 minutes to respond to those big-time RP scenes. I'm sorry, I don't want to mess it up! THE AGONY!!!!

Sofa, no doubt!

But sometimes shooters aren't ported to console right (Mass Effect 1, Half-Life 2) and it can seriously detract from the experience.

I found the walking dead ending to be underwhelming, having expected different (and more elaborate) endings based on choices made. Buuuut of course if they are planning on a season 2, that explains it. Damn cliffhangers.

Currently having fun goofing around in Terraria. Still playing Entropia Universe as well, not making much RL money from it but every little bit is fun for the challenge of it, seeing how some people spend hundreds of dollars a WEEK on it instead of making any.

Well it's hardly a shooter, so xbox it is then.  The Walking Dead (at least up to the end of episode 3 which is as far as I've played so far) is more about interesting choices and their consequences than action that requires super fast reactions or accurate aiming.
