Oh man.  I was all anxious because some higher-up people from my client suddenly and mysteriously wanted to call me today and I couldn't figure out why.

I get the call, and instead of any of the job-destroying nightmare scenarios my brain came up with, they said they have 600 hours of additional work for me.  Each year for the next 5 years.

Also they want to fly me out to Vegas ASAP to talk about it face to face.

I keep getting offers to lay carpet within my volunteering, they keep paying me so I always say yes!

Yeah, I just used Yuengling. It turned out great. Next time. I'm going to use a little more salt, and a little more sugar, and let it sit at room temperature for a little longer.

The old that is strong does not wither,

My hair is finally long enough to wear down again! (If it is too short, the curls aren't heavy enough and I look like a chia pet.)

Hit the 10,000 word mark on a new project. That's always a hurdle for me. It gets easier after that.

99% sure going to get the offer for a 3-month freelance project making some serious big boy money.

It's that 1% that has me trying not to hyperventilate from anxiety until I hear for sure.

I may have completely revamped the entire process our office uses for Recoupments and Adjustments, saving us paperwork, headaches, and time lost in research.

I will then be the one in charge of how they work, how to process them, and teach other people how it is done. Its like I'm a professional, guise.

... Hit the 7400 word mark on another new project. Because writing two books at the same time is a smart and good thing to do.

But hey the word count on the other one has still gone up by another 5-6000 so whatever I'm doing is working!

I managed to get one of the last presale tickets for the Wave Gotik Treffen in Leipzig (May 18th to 21st). This will be the first time ever I'm going, and I'm super excited.

I'm not on the picture below, but after the WGT I'll have some pictures to share for sure.  ;D
