That's because we use the request tool for just about everything these days.

One exception would be if you've forgotten your game password, and therefore cannot log into the request tool either. Another exception would be if a staff member asked you to email them (as I do when I put out a call for submissions) or if the staff member sent you an email.  Everything else is done via the request tool these days.  Thanks!
