Much as Sanvean said, this is the kind of stuff that you CAN wear if you want, but you should really only be wearing if you're an elementalist or if you feel like taking some/lots of crap for dressing like one.  A shop has opened up this week in the Quarter, and in the future more may be doing so - what applies for the robes applies for anything you may find here.  Please show common sense with what you clothe your PC in, and don't just wear/buy something because it's new and cool.
