Changes to crafting helpfiles

I have gone through all of the helpfiles for the various crafts and made some changes.

Every helpfile should now have at least 5 recipes.*

When choosing the recipes, I use the following criteria:
*Most recipes are something you can craft when you first get the skill.
*But some recipes are more advanced ones that I just thought were really cool and mostly unknown.
*All the recipes listed can be made without being a member of any particular clan
*I tried to use keywords that would give you more obvious hints, wherever possible.

*Unless there were not that many appropriate recipes.  If you would like to help, we need more recipes for clubmaking and ropemaking, and you can submit them as instructed here.
