Special requests after the fact

We will often get special requests from the players in conjunction with sponsored applications.  Sometimes we will grant these requests based on the role.  However we have been getting a spate of requests after the application has already been accepted.  As of this point any special request for items, skill bumps or what have you must be agreed to before the application is accepted, or they will have to go through the request tool.   Do not wish up asking for additional bumps after the fact, as these will not be considered.

In short, if you do not get the request agreed to in writing from us before character creation, you must use the request tool. No exceptions.
