If you enjoyed this, I'd suggest some of Stravinsky's violin pieces.

"Duo Concertant for Piano and Violin" changed my life as a musician.

Driving to work:
Prelude and Fugue in E-flat major ("St. Anne"), BWV 552 - J.S. Bach

It's not that I don't like some of the hymns of the last century, and even a few of the Praise Songs that kids these days seem to want.  But this...this is what church music is supposed to sound like.
The sword is sharp, the spear is long,
The arrow swift, the Gate is strong.
The heart is bold that looks on gold;
The dwarves no more shall suffer wrong.

That would be so much better without the background breathing crap.

Edit: Wait, what the fuck is going on. Did I just hear Aphex Twin and Donnie McClurkin? This is the best genre ever.

:)

Church music has all been downhill from here:
(and you need to here a real version of this that has clarity for all the parts ... the power of the song is lost on youtube, unfortunately).

edit: The title is Spem in Alium, which means "hope in another" (my latin is too rusty to be certain whether that means "another person" or "another world" or if it's just open ended ...)
