Can't tell if new touch-up paint doesn't match, or if still not fully dry.

It weighs heavily upon my mind.

Paint still doesn't match... now I can only hope it comes into line as it cures, but that will take weeks.  >:(

A heating pad on low or one of those things with the beads in it that you can put in the microwave should help. Then after about 20 minutes massage it for 5 minutes and reapply the heat.

Man... I've been using ice for damn near everything related to stuff like that and it's been working. I have no idea why. But ice man. It fucking helps.

If you got a muscle cramped up then warmth/massage would probably be the better answer. But ice that shit afterward.

Muscle cramps: Eat bananas. They contain potassium and -that's- what you need.

If I remember right, most muscle cramps are caused by dehydration.  Drink more water.

Actually, "cricks in the neck" are a bit of a medical mystery.  I'd go with a couple of weeks of cyclobenzaprine and 800mg ibuprofen and see if that shit buffs out.

One time, I got a crick from a dream that I woke up from suddenly. It was so god damn painful.

I walked around with a Thermacare wrap on it for 3 days before it finally dissipated. I could barely turn my head. I feel you. :(

If you lived near here, I have exactly what Dr. Synth prescribed. But fuck Flexeril. I feel like I'm in a coma for 3 days after taking one.

Damn you, Winter!

All this cold and darkness is really getting to me.  Never mind that we haven't had any snow yet, I'm ready for Spring.  I miss warmth and sunlight.

Exercise has become my drug to combat the winter blues, and even that doesn't work all the time.

Eh, winter sucks!

There's the problem: it's dark by the time I get home from work, and the sidewalks around my house are not terribly well-lit.

Bah... maybe I should start exercising in the morning.

A stationary bike saved my life. So worth the investment.

I rarely get up early enough in the morning, and running kept destroying my knee/feet, plus the dark, yeah.

So now I just watch star trek and ride my bike. Or read and ride. Or whatever. :D

I'd take a stair climber or an elliptical before I'd buy a stationary bike. They hurt my butt!

Clients that let their dogs seizure at home for 6 straight hours and finally decide to bring them in at 3AM. They first called at 12AM and I told them she needed to be seen. Apparently they wanted to stare at her for another 3 hours.

This dog makes me really sad.

I don't know whether or not I'm supposed to come into work tomorrow. I think it's a no.

I texted my only coworker and my boss and neither of them responded.

Have been sick since Christmas. Today is the worst day yet.

This is the fourth year in a row that the holiday has brought on some disgusting illness for me to enjoy.

Still, didn't feel good tonight. We had dinner and were planning to go to the movies, but I was very light headed and nauseated, went home. Guess I have a small concussion.
