Yeah... unfortunately I think the GDB has got to go, too. A lot of things in my life have got to go.

I cringe at the idea of going to a club alone.

Dude, if I was nearby, I'd drink one with you on your birthday.  Fuck, I'll drink one to you, man.  Cheers and happy birthday.

I wouldn't go out to a bar alone on my birthday.  Relax, play some Armageddon, and knock a few back.
Thanks, man. I'll be spending tonight and the duration of my day off tomorrow alone so I figure having a bit to drink will make it less... Annoying.

I was going to post a 'thanks for the memories, goodbye for-the-forseeable-future armageddon' thread but I still think they're stupid.

Take care, Fathi. Where ever you, whatever you're doing - Just remember to remind yourself: You're awesome.

GB Sorry man. that sucks...
Today I was trying to finish an order.  TO finish I needed help and my business partner got drunk, went into his trailer and went to sleep.  So I ended up working on another project that didn't have anything to do with the order thats due Tuesday.  Shit now we are behind schedule, but he does all the marketing and is fuckin good at it so I can't bitch too much.

On the bright side, getting drunk alone and rubbing one out means a 100% chance that you didn't contract Chlamydia in the process.

(Okay, 99.99999%.  I'm sure someone could figure out a way to screw that up.)

People who keep trying to cheat by using a fake name and not adding it to their character. I'm starting to think it's the same person the last three times straight I've run into this. It makes me want to also be a douche and pk them for that completely out of character reason.  >:(

It's against the rules to go by a fake name consistently and not add it to your keywords.

OOC them to let them know. If it still doesn't happen then let staff know.

This is the one announcing it to begin with. I can't remember where the one stating it as a rule is at. I'll keep looking for the exact one.

... It is considered courteous and helpful to add names/nicknames as keywords.  If your character uses a name or nickname to introduce his/herself to the majority of people they meet, the best practice would be to add that as a keyword. Some situations and special circumstances may keep players from adding a name or nickname as a keyword (such as a criminal trade-name, a secret name, or secret names of those in a secret society). In cases where a character uses a name/nickname as his/her sole means of identification, this name should always be a character keyword.

You argument is void.

The choice solely lies with the player.

It's still a bit arsey not to.

If my PC somehow forgets his name temporarily and tells you he's called Bob, you can bet that Bob will be in his keywords from then on.

From what I interpreted from Nyr's post; if it's a name that the character commonly uses - then, by all means, it -should- be added as a keyword.

Boom. If it's some Mr. Hidden-in-a-cloak, don't expect a real name.
