I accidentally took a medication twice because I thought I hadn't taken it.  I've had new experiences today, like calling poison control on the advice of my pharmacist, having security escort me from the building, constantly feeling like ants are crawling on my legs, and constantly feeling like my lips are on fire.  0/10 would not recommend

This really sucks.  I'm sorry.  I once took anxiety meds while drinking and I went for a loop.  I can only imagine.  Hope you feel better.

This emphasizes the importance of those nice little weekly pill containers. Got each day of the week on them, so if you forget or think you might have, you can always just check if there's a pill in your container for today.

Pill containers aren't a one size fits all solution here. Some pills have specialized containers and can't be put in air exposed containers like that.

You should know that only degenerates take drugs, valeria.
Also, I like my cootch to have a pert pink color and nice smell. Knowing my luck I would bonk someone with AIDs, get rotten box, and die miserable.

Idle complaint: the OOC of this game is utter garbage, people act like thuggish idiots. The best roleplayers seem to avoid OOC like the plague and I'll be among them now. Keep talking about your mediocre shit and trashing other players like third graders -- just shows how basic you all are.

Hah you're one of the good ones Metek -- lap that drama up, have fun, at this point I am mixed up in too much important shit to waste time with this.

Eh. I've heard that there are players who held grudges, OOCly, and went out of their way to try and either kill or thwart another player's current character. That really, uh, bummed me out when I heard about it. Those are the types of people who shouldn't play ARM. Or any game, really, that involves other human beings.

First off sorry I was so salty before.

Best way to avoid that scenario is to avoid OOC communication entirely per my original point. The only way the person who felt victimized there could have avoided it would be to avoid OOC: griefers can only pick up on that information if revealed OOCly in some capacity by the player. I heard a player complain about being targetted like this, but this was also a player who inappropriately OOCs about what kind of character they play, and OOCs on several channels besides even the official ones. Excessively type casting yourself is in effect revealing who you are, like any actor it behooves one's self to mix things up or else in character/out of character blurs -- however if you never OOC about it you can actually get away with this. One of the goals of the player, per policies on OOC, is not to be recognized as playing a certain character while that character is active. One might argue revealing information OOCly is unavoidable, eg the requirement to join guild boards, but this is not true as  thankfully admins are pretty quick with approving GDB accounts so you can make aliases / character specific accounts.

Long story short all OOC is dangerous. I had fun just now ranting with a player about William Gibson books and the character Molly Millions but because of my excessive OOC yapping people can pick up what sort of characters I might like and target on that basis if the want. Ultimately it's not worth it if you want to enjoy the game. You are right that people who abuse information like that don't deserve to play Arm but the only defense you have against them is... to not OOC.

It's more fun out of context, but the dizziness and vertigo are for real and the idea was that if I fell over in a hallway there would be someone there to help me.  I've only fallen over twice and both have been from turning my head too quickly while at home.

Finding an online game of d&d feels a bit like searching Craigslist for your stolen bike. Hopeless.

Its about as easy as finding a real life group that you mesh with. Unless I want to drive an hour every time, to go to Boston, and then have to drive an hour back.

Or play with teenage murder hobos.

Working another Saturday. Unless I called in, I haven't had 2 day weekend since February and I am goddamned sick of it.

Third time this week running on little to no sleep this week, donít know if I was getting shaky because of the caffeine from the coffee and few energy drinks or the fact I was too fucking tired to think.

Hooray. My wife and I just had our 100th argument about her refusal to put green vegetables on the table with supper.

She does, while I love them and, importantly, WE HAVE FOUR KIDS THAT NEED TO EAT THE OCCASIONAL GREEN THING.

Ugh. I just want a vegetable that doesn't get fried or come out of a can. :(

My client ran out of funding so I'm on a 4-month work hiatus.

On the bright side... I guess maybe I have time to play Armageddon again?
