So uh... You taking commissions?
A dark-shelled scrab pinches at you, but you dodge out of the way.
A dark-shelled scrab brandishes its bone-handled, obsidian scimitar.
A dark-shelled scrab holds its bloodied wicked-edged, bone scimitar.

Also, yes. I do draw on demand. Sometimes slowly. Depends on how busy work is.
I somewhat suck at backgrounds sometimes.

One of mine also went up.  I never did 'finish' it and I'm aware of several problems.

So if anyone who is a real artist or just looking at it notices something I could do better, and wants to offer constructive criticism (preferably through PM) I'd love that.

Are there any artists who are doing / taking commissions for arm related artwork?

If so, would you be so kind as to post your website and details in this thread, or alternatively PM me.

I recall there was a prolific artist who had done some artwork - including a group of very prominent Kadians (Sharlo, Markua, Murk, Milan, Jubaal, Zaea etc) and some Guild Pcs (Marin) - a few years ago. Anyone know where to find the artist or his/her work?

Might of been Biscuit or Ourla. But there are a couple of other amazing artists that had done work as well. though those two I seem to recall had been commissioned to do a few group pieces.

I often hear the jingle to -Riunite on ice- when I read the estate name Reynolte, eve though there ain't no ice in Zalanthas.

There is also Briar, she has done a lot of artwork for the original submissions.

I know this guy from my gym. He does professional grade artwork. Which makes sense because he has worked for some major video games. I had talked him into doing a commission for me actually, and that character died out of the blue, so it didn't come to be. I still plan to use him in the future.

He isn't cheap, but when you see his artwork you will see why. He did offer me different qualities/details of work for different prices though. As you will see on his website and below, some of his stuff is basically like rough sketch work, some is concept art, and some is professional video game quality stuff.

Still, I recommend him.

Edited to Add: (Some samples from his stuff. I picked some things I thought might appeal more to Arm players.)

Posting in this thread instead of the other, as to not anger the Hellno Kitty god!  :o

A guildmate of mine in Warcraft does really excellent art on commission - was talking to her a bit just now, and she gave me the okay to toss her info up for folks looking to have art done.

That's a lot of elf boobs.
And then I sat there going "really? that was it? that's so stupid."

I still think the best closure you get in Armageddon is just moving on to the next character.

I love robot intelligence beasts hanging out in the wilds looking for a fight, they're always there for me when nobody else is *sigh* I did this one because the scrub is awesome.

The guidelines still apply, but if you have things you want to submit, just FYI (first answer)

Wow, it's been a long time since I've hung around, and a lot has changed.  I can't seem to find a link in the original submissions pages to upload fresh art.  Am I missing something obvious? Halp.

Unfortunately, the new original submissions tool has not yet been put into production, and, as is stated in the link in my last post, there is no current workaround.

Staff are working on it, but it sounds like it could be a while.

And because I was browsing DeviantArt, here's an image dump for ya.

A huntress?

The mangy, fur-clad half-breed is standing here.

A kalich pauses on a ridge.

A hulking braxat is standing here.

Passing through the Red Desert...

This location wishes to remain anonymous.

A crimson-maned mageera attacks you!

Oh yeah and I had this character portrait done. I think it represents your typical Zalanthan woman.

yes, ferchrissakes, I'm joking.

Ok so I get the rules, dont post it unles it's approved as an original submmission.  That applies here too right?  I'll keep this rule in mind from now on, it's easy to forget how important it is to show proper conduct in a forum, I wont post anymore pics unless they get the submission approval.  Thanks!

Staff gave me permission to post two portraits here, in lieu of the submissions tool coming back on line. Enjoy!

"Whiran So Far Away"

"Onyxi and Pebble" ... To some dwarves, family is more important than anything.

Edit... I seem to be having trouble getting one of these to display.  You can also view them here.
