Accents

How do each of the accents in the different starting areas work? I don't want to go in, not know the accent, talk like an educated queer, and then suddenly out of nowhere have an accent.

Accents are basically skills.  You start out completely proficient in your native accent.  You can learn others through exposure.  When you know another with enough skill to duplicate it, you will see this by typing 'change accent' and seeing what accents you can change to...then you would type 'change accent (name of accent)' to switch to that accent.
