A lack of latrines

A Wooden-Railed Balcony [W]

This wide balcony overlooks the street below, providing ample view of
the passersby, as well as a general vista of the sprawl of the Commoner's
Quarter.  A railing of polished thuja wood surrounds it, carved with a
pattern of tumbling coins in bas-relief.  Sounds of singing and raucous
revelry float up from somewhere below.  An arched doorway to the west leadsback inside the building, covered with a curtain of bright red canvas.
A heavy stone bench is firmly affixed to the wall, while along the top of the
balcony, clay planters have been fastened, each one holding several small
plants spilling over with dusty green leaves and tiny, fragrant white
flowers
The large wanged man is here, pissing off the side of the balcony

^DONT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU^

Build a latrine, feed an elf.

There are VIRTUAL latrines.

Boy, some people are far too obsessed with the topic of bodily waste.   :P

Anyone remember the balconies of the Merchant House Offices that overlooked the market it old Tuluk?

I miss those badly.  Nothing like a sense of commerce and power standing one one of those balconies just watching the market below.  Back then, of course, that was all virtual - just a static room desc, but it was a cool idea.

Old Tuluk had a such a great layout and character.
