Henna-painted Tattooist in Nak

I keep on having this thought that the henna-painted, dark-haired tattooist in Allanak, the one who mentions various things to paint in henna on oneself for luck, love, etc. could be turned into a merchant that sells these henna patterns as objects. There's already warpaint that can be worn in various places, why not henna patterns to adorn the skin?
