I suddenly want to just play tailors from now on..
I have learned that one can, in fact, typo to death.

That big thing stick out of it's back is actually the abdomen, and then the needle is an ovipositor that it stabs into shit to inject eggs into things.

Holy sh*t.....
I want to say more but I shouldn't, but I'm freaked out now, LOL.

I wonder if Flying Fucking Spiders Oh God My Face are in Zalanthas, somewhere? I mean, if they exist in Australia...

I refuse to believe this.

Heh. Yeah, I am glad I wasn't the only one who shuddered when that picture showed up. A barbed kryl that's also winged and flies. >.> Even though I usually think of them like Aliens, that in ginormous size, I could picture, too.

holy hell that first one's colorful as eff... of course the 'New York' reusable shopping bag is a giveaway but still ....

The first one looks like the tribal markets in Tuluk. So shiny...

I'd like to think these kitties (if they were black) as Quirri:

Silt flyer? (never actually seen one)

Aw! Could so see that.

hmm

That's how I picture them. Like a black bobcat. Tiny and cute, but still a little scarier looking, and black. It might also be because I grew up in Florida and that's a black bobcat, native to Florida, so I grew up occasionally seeing them on the way home sometimes.

That's how I picture rantarri. I know it's missing some features, but you can see the rosettes, only I would think the places where the beige is in the picture would be closer to grey.

My backyard. Sandstorm at sunset.
At your table, the XXXXXXXX templar says in sirihish, echoing:
"Everyone is SAFE in His Walls."

Sandstorm coming fast in the scrublands.

I have to admire all those rangers who are able to find enough scrubs to hide within.

I've been doing a little research concerning a certain desert elf concept I have rattling around my head and came across these images:

The last one in particular seems to hold a certain Zalanthan aesthetic to the ragged and piecemeal armor.

MOTHA

FUCKIN'

SILT SHARKS

When an Immortal says something like this with so much enthusiasm I'm split.

My first idea is that I think I'm going to.. you know.. maybe Tuluk is really interesting this time of year. Yeah...

On the other hand I am interested to see what Rathustra's version of "Shark Week" would be like. I'm starting to get mental images of Jaws set in Red Storm village. At least it wasn't Halaster that I inspired... or is Rathustra the new Halaster?

Why have I never pictured bonemold and chitin armor in Zalanthas until now?

And the silt-striders in Morrowind are essentially silt-horrors upside down, or vice versa.

Morrowind concept art is amazing and totally fits the theme of our mud. Here's some grimdark neckers.
