I have encountered items that have this in their assess...

I've tried 'use' (while holding it or having it in my inv), and tried holding a strigil.
Am I doing something wrong? Is this just a flavour item? ???
May be meant for something like an incense burner?
They are described as lotions/balms. Maybe I'm missing a spreading tool that isn't a strigil? :-\
I can try stuffing one in an incense burner though...but if that did work (but weird, immersion-wise!), that would scent the room, not a person, right?
