You're free to let your creative juices flow, and app whatever the hell you want. The only requirement is that the PC be human, have a Red Storm origin, have predefined relationships with the other 2 PCs, and share a common backstory.
I don't usually play weekends. I'm most active sometime between 9am and 5pm server time, but can do peak times here and there.
