• We are looking for THREE GLADIATORS and ONE RETIRED GLADIATOR TRAINER.
  No, not a second PC, but a full time Gladiator PC. You'll live in the arena. Though a slave, you will be relatively free to walk around the city and well, be adored by the masses.
• This is a new way of handling gladiators and it should be clear up front that this is a role with a great many expectations and limitations. Applicants should have no account issues or history of unpredictability. We need people who are capable of coloring inside the lines.
• This is a role where both IC and OOC rules must be followed to the letter. We expect it will be a lot of fun. The ability to emote colorfully and enjoyment of combat roles are factors in who will get these roles.
• Right now we are only accepting human gladiators as full time gladiator PCs.

Because this hasn't been done before, it is important to let all of you in on our vision of where these PCs fit in the game world:

These guys aren't just gladiators. They're the stars. They are treated differently from other gladiators. While slaves, they are free (and expected) to go out and mingle. This is a social role. How should the populace interact with these PCs? With adoration, praise, gifts and equal parts awe and fear. They have no sid. But people should buy them things.

Houses will be able to purchase gladiators from House Borsail. They will be expensive. If your house owns a gladiator, it is the job of the clan's PCs to spoil them like mad.

Wow, cool right? But what? You like your PC and can't retire? You don't like that many restrictions on your PCs? You don't have the time? It's OK.

We're also opening up a role call for 2nd PC GLADIATORS. As in days of old, these are part time roles, for arena events. They don't get to leave the arena. But you can be big and bad and kill or be killed for the amusement of the roaring crowds.

You can still app in a Pen (second PC) gladiator. That's going to stay open for now with no scheduled closing date. (Like forever, unless we hit a point where we have so many it's unwieldy.)

If you were given a pen gladiator didn't actually want one (you did a doc request and decided eh) please send a request to Allanaki Gladiators.
If you just now realized you never apped a pen gladiator but wish you had, you still can.
If you want to play something other than human with your pen gladiator you can.

Once again we need warm bodies to bleed into the sands.
I am looking for reigning human gladiators. (You will be required to be awesome. I should be upfront on that point from go.)
I'm also looking for pen gladiators. (These do not need to be human, but must be a playable race)

Still looking for some ballers and brawlers. What I need, irregardless of your karma level or account notes, is someone that totally gets Zalanthas and Allanak. Someone that can handle the nuances of cast and where people stand in relation to one another. People who like both social and combat roles. People that don't mind dying if they get to live large.
