Friday, March 3, 9:30pm: Opening Ceremony and Bloodball in the Arena.
Saturday, March 4, 4pm: Live Weapon Tournament in the Arena. (mistakenly posted IC as a Red's event)
Saturday, March 4, 9pm: Two Scavenger Hunts begin in the Red's.
Saturday, March 4, 10:30pm: Auction in the Red's.
Sunday, March 5, 8am: Poetry Contest in the Red's.
Sunday, March 5, 1pm: Unusual Contest in the Plaza outside the Red's.
Sunday, March 5, 8pm: Party and Field Style Competition in the Arena.
Monday, March 6, 6:30pm: Tek's Tower Competition in the Red's.
Monday, March 6, 9pm: Storytelling Competition in the Red's.
Tuesday, March 7, 8:30pm: Design Competition in the Red's.
Wednesday, March 8, 9pm: Chariot Race in the Arena.
Thursday, March 9, 8:40pm: An unusual hunt at the West City Gate.
Thursday, March 9, 9pm: One Scavenger Hunt Finale party in the Red's.
Friday, March 10, 8:30pm: Auction in the Red's.
Friday, March 10, 9pm: Another Auction in the Red's and second Scavenger Hunt Finale.
Saturday, March 11, 1pm: Cussing Contest at the Western Gates.
Saturday, March 11, 4pm: Drunken race in the Arena.
Saturday, March 11, 7pm: Surprise Event in the Red's.
Saturday, March 11, 10pm: Feast and Festival Close in the Arena.
ALSO... there will be roaming events that could happen at any time.
If you are attending an event such as storytelling, design or poetry, it can be very helpful to have your story/poem/design idea written out ahead of time so that it becomes quite easy to copy and paste it into your client.
This is a kind suggestion meant in the spirit of helping the festival run more smoothly and quickly, not an indictment of anyone's RP or a rule that needs to be followed.

When I was newish, I didn't know that I was allowed to pre-script things like this, and it gave me some anxiety about large events. I thought it might be better to tell people what they already know and possibly help some newer player then to just keep my thoughts to myself. :)

Really bummed that I'm going to be missing most of this. Props to the organisers, this looks like it took a lot of effort.
Word circulates around the city that, despite the closure of the Arena, the Festival will move forward, begining with the Grand Opening tonight in the Plaza outside the Red's Retreat.
Be there at 9:30pm server. Don't be late!

The Patriotic Poetry Competition will be held around 9:30/10pm tonight in the Red's, after the completion of the Cussing Contest. If you're wanting to participate, come on by.
