I added a fellow who sells soap, for now. Maybe as the city continues to get developed, a cleaners will be added. ;)

Right now it's disabled, along with the other javascripts that work off the pulse command, because of a code issue we ran into. Tenebrius is working on it, and I think it should be back and running soon.
